Responsibilities

  • Increase customer satisfaction rating & reduce churn
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy & reference-ability
  • Map client journey
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage client on-boarding and ensure a smooth transition
  • Train new clients on web & mobile app
  • Measure effectiveness of client success
  • Establish system for tracking metrics and present to Vice President
  • Ensure all users are ecstatic about Real Contact
  • Relay client feedback to upper management to enhance the user experience

Qualifications

  • A proven record of client success
  • Possess high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a “can do” attitude
  • Be genuine, chill, charismatic & positive
  • We’re a tech company, know how to use technology
  • CRM and data entry experience
  • Organizational & analytical skills are a must
