Responsibilities

  • Acquire new subscribers & hit monthly sales quotas
  • Set in person client meetings (number of meetings will be provided based on location)
  • Phone prospecting using elite in-house tools to secure new business (number of calls to be made will be provided)
  • Represent Real Contact with the utmost integrity
  • Grow revenue base & account from scratch
  • Provide valuable & professional support to all subscribers by continuing to follow up & keeping our clients happy
  • Meet retention goals & quotas
  • Report all feedback & issues to President & Vice President
  • Work side by side with our marketing department to prepare strategies & new ideas moving forward
  • Analyze & report market trends
  • Motivate additional sales consultants to achieve great results
  • Provide exceptional service to all Real Contact prospects & users
  • Document all activities into CRM

Qualifications

  •   2+ years in sales. If you’re a college grad who is hungry, motivated & driven, we’d like to chat with you
  • Possess high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a “can do” attitude
  • Be genuine, chill, charismatic & positive
  • We’re a tech company, know how to use technology
  • CRM and data entry experience
  • A track record of sales over the phone and in person is extremely valued
  • Phenomenal communication skills, our company was created based on the idea of providing amazing communication!
  • Organizational & analytical skills are a must
